Please include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear photos of the item, if applicable

Step 2: Wait for Return Approval

Our customer service team will review your request.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please do not send your item back before receiving return authorization and instructions from our team.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return

Before shipping your item, please make sure it:

  • Is unworn and unused

  • Has all original tags attached

  • Is in its original condition

  • Is packed in its original packaging

Please include your proof of purchase or other requested order information.

Step 4: Send Your Return

Follow the return shipping instructions provided by our customer service team.

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund

Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
