Alternate Bridesmaid Return Policy

 

At BILLYJU, we want you to feel confident when shopping for your special occasions. We understand that ordering bridesmaid dresses may involve coordinating styles, sizes, and multiple orders. Please review the following return guidelines before submitting a return request.

Return Period

Eligible bridesmaid dresses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer service team at info@billyju.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Multiple Dresses or Orders

If you are returning multiple bridesmaid dresses, please include the relevant order numbers and clearly identify each item in your return request. Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include clear photos of the item and any relevant packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.
