Return Policy and Information

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you change your mind for any reason, we offer an extremely convenient return policy:

• 30-Day Return Policy: Full-priced items returned within 30 days of purchase due to a change of mind or incorrect size will receive a discount code as long as they comply with our return policy.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

• A flat shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from the total amount of your return upon receipt and processing. Please note that this does not include items deemed defective.

• Incorrect size/change of mind items must be returned within 30 days for store credit. We recommend trying the item on immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return it within the required timeframe.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Returned items must also be free of makeup, perfume, and any signs of wear. Please note that this policy applies to change of mind returns. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to a replacement or refund if the product is defective.

• All items purchased at a discounted price are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges unless the product is confirmed to be defective. These styles are considered "last chance" and will not be restocked. Any unauthorized returns of "Final Sale" items will incur return shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility.

• All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If a discount code was used, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

• Due to our fast turnaround time, we do not offer exchanges.

Pre-orders:

Please note that pre-orders cannot be modified or altered. If you place orders in the same cart, in-stock items will be split into two shipments.

As a result, you will be charged additional shipping costs when the pre-order becomes available.

Swimsuits and bodysuits:

Customers must try the item on while wearing the underwear. If you wish to return an item, the tags and sanitary protection strips must be retained. We will not accept returns if labels and hygiene strips have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear, unless the item is found to be defective.

Lingerie:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for lingerie and intimate apparel (including adhesive bras and tape-on products) due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Shoes:

Please try your shoes on a soft surface to ensure the proper fit. We cannot accept returns of shoes with nicks or scratches on the soles. If you received a shoe box, it must be returned with the shoes in their original condition, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Earrings:

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are sold as "final sale" and are not returnable, including returns due to change of mind. This does not apply to earrings that have been confirmed to be defective.

Beauty Products:

For hygiene and general health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for beauty products due to change of mind.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store and must be shipped back according to the above criteria.

If you believe a product is defective, please contact our customer service team at info@billyju.com. We will evaluate the product and, if confirmed, accept your return.
