Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Can I exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return your items by mail using our online returns portal and repurchase any item available on our website by our returns policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. When returning your return, please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the online returns portal, clearly identifying the items being returned. If filled out incorrectly, your return may have problems in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 60 days of delivery.
Based on credible concerns about potential fraud, we reserve the right to defer refunds until the item is received.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given:
Items with obvious signs of use
Any items that are not in original condition, accessories that are damaged or missing due to no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days to issue.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we don't promise you received your returned item.
