Shipping policy
By completing payment and finalizing your order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding order shipping and delivery.
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that during peak sales season, delays may occur due to high order volume.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the next day (Monday-Friday).
International customers must be aware of any customs and duty fees that may apply in your country.
Note to international customers: We cannot ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or military addresses/bases.
United States
Expedited: Express delivery in 3-5 business days ($15 USD)
Standard: Express delivery in 4-7 business days ($10 USD)
Please note that we currently have a maximum order limit of $800 USD for all orders shipped to the United States.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been packaged and left our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the Australia Post or DHL websites below:

Please note: All packages shipped to the United States are delivered safely. If you would like to sign for your package, please contact us by email at info@billyju.com. If the courier is unable to safely deliver your package, a signature may be required upon redelivery.
If you do not receive your item within the specified timeframe, please email us with your full name and order number, and we will investigate on your behalf. We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received after the specified timeframe. Delays are rare, but they can happen. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery of your order.
Package Protection
At Billy Ju, we always do our best to ensure your package arrives safely. For added peace of mind, we offer customers the option to purchase shipping insurance.
Package Protection covers the following shipping issues, which require investigation with the courier:
Package lost in transit
Package delivered to the wrong address
Our Package Protection policy does not cover the following shipping issues:
Customer providing an incorrect address
Theft

International Duties and Taxes
Please note that if you are purchasing from the US or New Zealand, any duties and taxes are included in your purchase price.
If you are purchasing outside of the US or New Zealand, all taxes and duties are your responsibility and are not included in the order amount or shipping costs. Taxes and duties vary depending on the country and state of your shipping address. If you are unsure of the taxes and duties that may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Billy Ju is not responsible for any additional taxes and duties required or collected during the shipping process.
